No returns are allowed. However, if the product received is damaged/defective/Wrong, then please report the issue to our customer support team within 48 hrs of delivery. You may choose one of the following: Get the product re-delivered or Opt for a refund in the form of a gift certificate (refunded within 24 hours) or Refund in the original mode of payment (amount shall reflect in your account within 7-10 working days)
To cancel an order, make sure that you contact us immediately. If the order has already been processed and dispatched we cannot alter/cancel your order. Make sure that you alert us as soon after completing your order as you can and we will try to agree to a solution. Please note that we do not offer returns or refunds. Orders are typically proceed within 2 working days for deliveries in India. The estimated time of delivery may vary from 2-7 working days to all the areas serviced by reputed couriers. For other areas, orders will be sent by India Post’s Book post/ Speed post/parcel service which may take 1-2 weeks depending on the location and the delivery policy of the India Post. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.
We have a stock page which contains all of our on site products. These can be dispatched within 1-2 business days when ordered before 12pm.
